- You support the colleagues of the field service regarding offers, answering questions of clients, both commercially, technically and administratively.
- You take care of the order intake with the associated actions (planning, confirmation, internal coordination, project monitoring, communication internal coordination, project monitoring, customer communication)
- You answer questions about current orders and follow up on them.
- You register and discuss incoming complaints with the Sales Manager(s) and department managers.
- You liaise between the departments Engineering, Purchasing, Production, Warehousing and Logistics in order to Products leave our factory in the best possible way.
You report to the Senior commercial employee. After filling this vacancy, the office sales department will consist of 2 people: Senior commercial employee and 1 commercial employee inside service. Together with 4 colleagues in the field (Sales Managers) and Sales Director, the Sales Department consists of 7 employees.
For this position we are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who is commercial, technical, flexible and independent. A team player who is accurate and has good communication skills.

- Experience with quality and/or complaint registration systems (related to ISO and IATF certification, 8D reporting)
- Being able to read technical drawings
- Affinity with the bodywork construction industry is a plus
- Good language skills in German, Dutch and English, French is a plus.
You are sales- and customer-oriented and possess the necessary computer technical skills. Preferably you have an MBO+/HBO education and live in the Almelo region.
